Executive Job Search Roundtable
This 6 week roundtable focuses on strategies for executive level jobseekers. You will review tools and techniques for effective job search with a focus on accelerating activities that will help participants be successful. Participants will support each other by sharing experiences, providing feedback and offering job leads.
Requirements:
Participants must have been in a senior leadership role.
Participants must be willing to attend all 6 sessions.
Participants must be willing to complete assignments between sessions.
Participants must be willing to share openly with others in confidential setting.
About The Facilitator:
Cathy Crosky
Cathy is a consultant with Charter Oak Consulting Group, with expertise in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. She has experience working with senior management providing training, consulting and executive coaching. Prior to joining Charter Oak, Cathy worked as a consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international career management firm providing transition workshops and individual coaching for displaced workers.
Cathy also facilitates two Chapters for the Women Presidents’ Organization (Springfield and Albany), conducting monthly on-going executive roundtables for women business owners.
